Terms and operational SMS terms

lincolncenter.help is independently operated by a volunteer affiliated with Lincoln Center / Homeless Helping Homeless; it is not owned by those organizations. The operator does not claim nonprofit or 501(c)(3) status.

This platform supports volunteer and conference coordination. Use only accounts, information and conference credentials you are authorized to access. Protect private joining instructions. The platform and SMS are not emergency services.

Optional operational SMS

With your explicit consent, and only after delivery is enabled, Lincoln Center operational texts cover conference invitations (including dial-in and participant code), updates, cancellations and reminders, and reminders for volunteer tasks you have accepted. No new-task recruitment, marketing, fundraising or promotional texts are included.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is optional, is not a condition of volunteering or receiving services, and must be given separately from accepting these terms. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. Contact support@lincolncenter.help for assistance. Withdrawing consent in your profile also stops application sends; provider suppression may remain after a profile change.

Delivery depends on provider and carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your mobile number and permissions current; do not consent for a number you do not control. Staff may record an external participant's explicit verbal consent only after reading the complete disclosure.

Read the privacy policy for data use and retention. SMS remains subject to explicit operational enablement and carrier approval.
