lincolncenter.help is independently operated by a volunteer affiliated with Lincoln Center / Homeless Helping Homeless. The platform is not owned by those organizations. This policy does not assert nonprofit ownership or tax-exempt status for the operator.

Information and use

The platform processes account and contact details, volunteer task assignments, conference invitations, and consent and delivery records to coordinate operations. Private contact details and conference credentials are restricted to authorized users. SMS consent is optional, separate from email and profile contact sharing, and off by default.

Operational SMS may include conference dial-in details and participant codes, conference updates, cancellations and reminders, and reminders for volunteer tasks you have accepted. No recruitment, marketing or fundraising SMS is authorized.

Depending on enabled features and authorized use, the platform also processes disclosed conference recordings, uploaded documents, transcripts and human-reviewed report drafts. Configured AI providers may receive selected conference audio or source text to prepare drafts; a person reviews and explicitly finalizes reports. Email providers process operational email. Access and operational logs may include network and action metadata; private conference credentials are not intended for logs.

Service providers and sharing

When SMS delivery is enabled, the destination number and message are processed by Twilio and mobile carriers to deliver the message. Other application service providers process data for their specific operational functions. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and choices

Recording retention is tied to the conference recording policy, normally 30 days after completion; full extracted source text follows its source lifetime. Reports, revisions and cited excerpts persist independently. Consent history, suppression records and delivery history are retained to document permission, honor opt-outs and investigate delivery. The application currently has no automatic deletion schedule for these records; encrypted backups may retain historical copies. Contact support@lincolncenter.help about access, correction or deletion requests. Records needed to honor STOP or document permission may need to be retained.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent in your profile. Rechecking a box does not override carrier or provider suppression. Contact support@lincolncenter.help for assistance.
